His 20+ years of expertise as a researcher, writer, and speaker in conflict management and his deep understanding of human behavior provide invaluable insights into the dynamics of family relationships.
Dr. Carlos is also a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), granted by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Professional Counselors in 2005, and a National Certified Counselor (NCC), granted by the National Board of Certified Counselors in 2002.
